Types of Teaming Arrangements We Pursue
Vendor Registration
Vendor Registration Requirements
To be considered as a subcontractor or vendor, all firms must meet the following baseline requirements.
W-9 / Tax Documentation
A completed IRS Form W-9 (or W-8 for foreign entities) is required prior to contract execution.
General Liability Insurance
Minimum $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability coverage. Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Oxenade as additional insured required.
Workers' Compensation
Workers' compensation coverage at statutory limits required for all firms with employees performing work on Oxenade contracts.
Business License
State or local business registration in your operating jurisdiction. SAM.gov registration is NOT required for subcontractors — only prime contractors need SAM.
Capability Statement (Recommended)
A brief description of your firm's core services, key personnel, and any relevant certifications. Helpful but not required to get started.
NAICS Codes (If Known)
Your firm's primary NAICS codes help us match you to the right opportunities. Provide if available — not required to submit your interest.
